It is not easy for tiles to be well waterproof and leakproof. Since human beings have civilization, they have tried every means to prevent rain when building houses. It was not until recent decades that people developed colored cement tiles, which better solved the leakproof problem of houses.

2. Thermal insulation

With the improvement of people's living standards, higher requirements are naturally put forward for living conditions, and living comfort is one of the important indicators. To be comfortable, the insulation performance of the house must be good, and the roof tiles are responsible for this important task. The thickness of the tile itself is limited, only more than one centimeter, so it cannot be insulated from heat. The heat insulation depends on the layer of air tightly sealed under the tile. The tighter the seal, the better the heat insulation, otherwise the gap will not have much effect. This is the same as the principle of double-layer glass insulation. Although there is only a thin layer of air between the two layers of glass, as long as the four sides are tightly sealed, the heat insulation effect will be good. 3. Decorative

6. Good frost resistance. In the north, it is common for the temperature to drop below minus 10°C in winter. If the compactness of the tile is not good and the water absorption rate is high, if snow water is absorbed during the day, the colored layer will swell and crack when it freezes at night, causing it to peel off slowly and damage the tile. Because the tiles of small factories have not been squeezed by high pressure, their compactness is not good, and the service life of tiles will not be long.
