Precautions for construction and roof laying of stone coated steel tile

Stone Coated steel tile is composed of galvanized steel plate as the base material, colored sand grains and acrylic resin. Stone Coated steel tile has more than ten colors, can withstand ultraviolet radiation, can reduce the noise caused by rain to the metal tile, and makes the colored steel tile rich and solemn in color and better in decoration. Steel joists or wooden joists can be used for installation, and it can also be installed on concrete roofs, so it can meet the installation needs of various buildings.
The installation of Stone Coated steel tile should pay attention to the installation sequence:
First install the cornice panels from the cornice, then install the Sand Coated Roofing Sheet in sequence, cut off the excess at the ridge, lay a waterproof layer on the ridge, and then lay the ridge tiles, and then install the gable panels at the gable. If there is a gutter, install the gutter before installing the cornice.

Points to note:
1. When thejzroof stone coated steel tile is fixed, special anti-corrosion nails should be used. The contact surface between the tile and the nail head should be compacted with sealant, and filled with colored sand of the same color as the main tile.
2. When the main tiles of each row are overlapped, they should be laid from left to right, from bottom to top, with staggered joints.
3. For all overlapping parts of flashing boards and facade walls, flashing boards should cover the upper folded part of the Stone Coated steel tile, and be firmly nailed with steel nails, and then sealed tightly with sealing materials (non-acidic) to ensure that there are no leakage points.
4. All protruding parts of the roof (such as chimneys, skylights, ventilation holes, etc.) should be waterproofed and strengthened according to relevant standards.
5. The eaves line of the roof, the flashing section, and the bottom edge of the gable board should be straight and free of fluctuations.
6. After the roof tiles are laid, the roof should be cleaned and inspected to ensure that the sand coated roofing sheet are firmly fixed, sealed tightly and completely, and the surface is flat and free of damage. The drainage slope meets the design requirements (12°-90°).

General regulations for the construction of Jzroof stone coated steel tile

1. The construction environment temperature should be 5℃~35℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, take enhanced protective measures.

2. Construction personnel should wear rubber-soled soft shoes during construction, and try to avoid or reduce stepping on the laid tile surface. For parts that are easy to be stepped on, such as around the dormer window, soft materials should be used as temporary protection to avoid damage to the product .

3. Pipes, equipment or embedded parts passing through the roof waterproof layer must be installed before tile laying.

4. After the installation is completed, it is the final product. It is very important to ensure that the tile surface is not damaged during the whole installation process, so the following points should be noted:

4.1 Gloves must be worn when handling tile products on site, and they must be tied firmly when lifting and transported. They should be lifted gently and not dragged;

4.2 During the on-site cutting process, the bottom surface of the cutting machine should not be in direct contact with the tile surface, and a wooden board or rubber board is required;

4.3 When the construction personnel walk on the tiles, they must step on the joint part of the tile groove and the tile hanging strip, and it is strictly forbidden to jump, trample or randomly beat on the tiles;

4.4 The tools carried by the construction personnel should be placed in the tool bag, if they are placed on the roof, they should be placed on special cloth or other sheets;

4.5 Clean the iron filings and leftovers on the board surface. Iron filings will be generated during the cutting and drilling of the board surface. These iron filings and scraps must be removed in time and cannot be left overnight;

4.6 The used sealing rubber cartridges should be cleaned up in time.
