Stone coated metal roof tiles SHINGLE TILE are new in the JZ ROOF offer, since 2018. SHINGLE design is inspired by the bitumen shingle or slate plates style of roof covering popular in the USA. Rectangular shapes evoke the look of stacked bitumen shingles, but the profile is made with more 3Defect, roof covering is stiffer and stronger, much more durable and attractive. SHINGLE tiles is capable to carry high snow load as well as high velocity wind.

Unlike bitumen and wood shingles, SHINGLE is fireproof and minimizes the risk of spreading fire to neighboring objects. SHINGLE tile is also safe in earthquakes or hail storms. 

Properly ventilated roof also improves thermal insulation of the structure, prevents negative impacts of moisture condensation and reduces the costs of air conditioning or heating.

Installation is fast and simple. The tiles are fixed with stainless steel screws or screw-nails to horizontal battens. SHINGLE is installed and fixed in the same way as other JZROOF coverings. The roof can withstand high velocity wind load - min. up to 180km/hour (110 MPH) and snow cover (up to 1 200 Kg/m2). It can be used on the roof pitch from 15 °. The complete system of accessories allows quick and accurate adjustment of details and includes, for example, bow ridges, finishing trims, safe walk system, solar panel holders, ventilators and sanitary vents etc. Stone coated SHINGLE Tile is minimizing the cut-off from tiles in details and keeps the waste below 5%.

Roof panels SHINGLE tiles also effectively deadens the noise of rain thanks to the surface finish with stone granulate. Stone Coated SHINGLE tiles reduces transport costs and makes manipulation on the construction easier.
